After finally figuring out how to gain weight and the correct path to muscle building, I took my skinny 147 pound body to a muscular 230, without using almost any of the garbage routines that are all over the internet and in magazines. I did this all by training each muscle only 15 minutes each per workout, taking an entire month off of all weight training several times a year, training each muscle per week more than what’s recommended, and no longer training for “strength”. This guys program is pretty good. He helps teach you that you dont need to burn yourself out and can actually get better results doing less. I used to quit my programs frequently until trying his because its easy to stick to due to the volume and the way he has it set up.
